You can record progress notes, session notes, treatment plans, and more in TherapyPMS. We have a standardized therapy notes template library for all therapy-based practices that help to track the session and growth. It is also possible to customize your notes.

Billing:

Yes. The billing processes in TherapyPMS can be automated. Though the feature is optional, we highly recommended it. However, if you prefer to bill your sessions manually, you can absolutely do that.
Yes, we offer EOB and ERA, subject to the availability of this option from the insurance company you are connected with. You can enroll for EOB/ERA on our platform.
TherapyPMS is integrated with Stripe and also supports Paypal as a credit card processor. If you prefer to use your own credit card processing company, you will have the flexibility to do so outside of TherapyPMS. Even if you choose a different credit card processing company, you can still post payments within TherapyPMS. Many of our clients benefit from the streamlined billing process provided by Stripe integration.
Yes, all of our plans include claim submission functionality. We have integrated with the largest clearing house in the United States, enabling you to submit claims directly through our platform. Additionally, we validate each claim and perform checks for common human errors before submission, reducing the number of rejected claims and saving you money.
Yes. Once the session is rendered all the information will be automatically fed into the billing module and the claims will be set up for processing.
