Yes, it is easy to switch TherapyPM. You can contact us at any time to learn how to switch from another platform and our team will be happy to guide you through the migration process.

Absolutely! In TherapyPM, you have the convenience of sending intake and consent forms to your clients, who can seamlessly complete and submit them directly within the software. As soon as they submit the forms, you will promptly receive a notification, and rest assured, all the forms will be automatically saved in the client’s chart for easy access and record keeping.
Yes. TherapyPM has a comprehensive template library, including a wide range of templates that cater to the documentation needs of ABA/ST/OT/PT professionals.
You can record progress notes, session notes, treatment plans, and more in TherapyPM. We have a standardized therapy notes template library for all therapy-based practices that help to track the session and growth. It is also possible to customize your notes.
TherapyPM has advanced form builder functionality with which the admin can customize existing reports.
Billing:
Yes. The billing processes in TherapyPM can be automated. Though the feature is optional, we highly recommended it. However, if you prefer to bill your sessions manually, you can absolutely do that.
TherapyPM is integrated with Stripe and also supports Paypal as a credit card processor. If you prefer to use your own credit card processing company, you will have the flexibility to do so outside of TherapyPM. Even if you choose a different credit card processing company, you can still post payments within TherapyPM. Many of our clients benefit from the streamlined billing process provided by Stripe integration.
Yes, we offer a comprehensive pricing plan that includes the combined services of TherapyPM and Billing. Our parent company, Amromed, will provide assistance and support throughout your billing process. Please feel free to contact us here for further information.

There is no automated process for report delivery to a specific person in TherapyPM. However, an admin can download them and send them to the respective staff.
TherapyPM is integrated with Data Collection partners such as HiRasmus, Motivity, etc. You can generate a list and it can be maintained in notes.
Yes, TherapyPM offers default templates for data capture. You can customize it however you want to.
