Yes! The scheduling software sends automated reminders via SMS or email to ensure clients or providers don’t forget about the upcoming sessions. It also reduces no-shows and overbooking/underbooking sessions.
Clients will receive notifications for:
- Upcoming appointments
- Alerts when new forms or documents are available
- Invoices and payment confirmations
- Messages from providers regarding treatment plans or advice.
Currently, clients cannot schedule appointments, but they can view their schedule details. However, they can submit intake forms through the Client Portal, as providers assign the form to clients via the portal link. Clients can then view the form through the email link, fill out the form, and submit them directly.
You can easily duplicate (clone) the existing authorization to make necessary edits, instead of creating a new authorization from scratch. This is particularly useful for reauthorizations and saves a lot of time.
Since all your authorization details are already stored in TherapyPM, you can just edit details or attach additional documents. You can also view the authorization history log for further reference and compliance.
Missing the expiration date can mean a higher risk of claim denials and a negative impact on your revenue. However, with TherapyPM, it is highly unlikely, because the authorization tracking software tracks your reports, so you can take quick action or appeal if required.
