How long does setup take?
Most practices are fully set up within 1-2 business days. Our onboarding team will guide you through the process and help import your existing data.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — TherapyPM offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required.
Is there a free onboarding?
Yes. Every TherapyPM customer gets a dedicated onboarding specialist, free data migration, and free staff training at no extra charge.
Pricing & Billing
How is TherapyPM priced?
TherapyPM is priced at $99/month base fee plus $8 per active client per month. An active client is one with at least one session that month.
Are there contracts or long-term commitments?
No. TherapyPM is month-to-month. You can cancel at any time without penalty.
Do you charge for training or support?
No. Onboarding, training, and ongoing customer support are all included in your subscription.
Is data migration included?
Yes. We migrate your existing patient data, scheduling history, and clinical notes from your previous system at no charge.

Yes. TherapyPM supports multi-location practices with separate calendars, staff assignments, and reporting per location.
Does TherapyPM integrate with my clearinghouse?
Yes. TherapyPM integrates with major clearinghouses and supports electronic claims submission for 2,000+ payers.
Can patients self-schedule online?
Yes. TherapyPM includes a patient portal where clients can request or book appointments, fill out forms, and make payments.
Does TherapyPM support telehealth?
Yes. Built-in HIPAA-compliant video sessions are included in all plans.
Compliance & Security
Is TherapyPM HIPAA compliant?
Yes. TherapyPM is fully HIPAA compliant. We sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with all customers and employ encryption, audit logs, and access controls throughout the platform.
Where is patient data stored?
All data is stored in HIPAA-compliant, encrypted cloud servers in the United States.
How do you handle data backup?
Your data is backed up automatically multiple times daily. We have a disaster recovery plan in place.
